OPENING
Digital technology pervades our lives and changes society.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
Should we be able to live without it?
Do we have a choice?
Can we trust it?
A series of workshops and an exhibition will help you to explore these questions in detail.
The exhibition comprises exhibits of pictures, poems, quotations and short stories. These will encourage visitors to reflect upon the positives and negatives of digital technology.
The workshops will be run by Simon Rogerson, Professor Emeritus at the Centre for Computing and Social Responsibility, De Montfort University, UK. He is the author of the world’s first trilogy on Ethical Digital Technology. The workshops and exhibition draw from this trilogy.
